Rapha Centre offers recovery and treatment options for alcoholism and alcohol abuse, substance abuse, chronic relapse, co-occurring disorders and additional issues linked to chronic pain. If you’re ready to begin recovery, we’re here to help.

To achieve recovery, you must first have the desire and ability to change your behavior. Our treatment strategies are designed to improve both your desire and ability to make changes in your life.

These strategies include four key areas:

• specific mental health therapies

• closely coordinated medical care

• the use of 12-Step recovery tools

• accountability through routine drug screens

Your multi-disciplined Rapha team will include physicians, nurse practitioners, Master-level therapists, and caring support staff. Your team will work to weave the delivery of traditional healthcare with mental and emotional healthcare across these four key areas.

Your treatment will be provided in an outpatient setting using a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) plan. This includes the prescription of FDA approved drugs that contain buprenorphine, naloxone, and/or naltrexone (Suboxone®, Bunavail®, Zubsolv®, Vivitrol®).
